31st National Memorial Day Concert

The NATIONAL MEMORIAL DAY CONCERT will be airing on PBS Sunday, May 24, 2020, at 8 pm ET/7 CT, as well as to our troops serving around the world on the American Forces Network. You can also stream the concert via Facebook, YouTube, and www.pbs.org/national-memorial-day-concert.The concert will be available as video On Demand, May 24 until June 7, 2020.
Capital Concerts is known for providing the most spectacular productions, celebrating our nation's freedom, and those who gave their lives to defend it. The 31st edition of the National Memorial Day Concert will be hosted by Joe Mantegna & Gary Sinise. It will feature performances and appearances by General Colin Powell, Cynthia Erivo, Renée Fleming, Sam Elliott, Laurence Fishburne, Trace Adkins, Mary McCormack, Esai Morales, CeCe Winans, Kelli O’Hara, and members of the National Symphony Orchestra. The national anthem will be sung by Tony award-nominated and Emmy award winner, Christopher Jackson, who is known for his role in the hit Broadway musical Hamilton. General Mark A. Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will deliver an important message. In addition, there will be a special tribute to our American heroes on the front lines of the pandemic crisis.
Also participating are members from The U.S. Army Herald Trumpets, The U.S. Army Chorus, The U.S. Army Voices and Downrange, The Soldiers' Chorus of the U.S. Army Field Band, The U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters, The U.S. Air Force Singing Sergeants, and Service Color Teams provided by the Military District of Washington, D.C.
