All-Star Lineup Announced For Pretty Lou's 4th Annual Birthday Benefit Concert

Hot97’s Pretty Lou is back with his 4th annual birthday benefit concert, raising funds for cancer research. And he’s bringing some of New York’s hottest stars to party with him.

This year’s lineup features special guests Fat Joe, Dream Doll, B-Lovee, J.I., Nemz, CJ, and Capella Grey. The lineup was handpicked for this year’s charity event, but according to Pretty Lou, he received a tremendous amount of support from Fat Joe while he was fighting his battle with leukemia.

“Fat Joe plays a strong part in my support system along with having a mentor/mentee relationship,” Lou said.

The three previous events have raised more than $125,000, and all proceeds are donated to New York-Presbyterian Hospital. According to a news release, the funds raised are split evenly between the Children’s Cancer Hospital and ALS Research.

“This concert is a symbol of strength and unity in his respective battle against cancer,” Lou said of the event. This year, The Heavy Hitter is not only celebrating his remission but all cancer survivors and aims to “show that cancer can be beaten.”
